Hey people, whats up? I am not really overweight(I am 5 feet 10 inches, and about 177 pounds, plus I am muscular). But I do eat alot! Does anyone know how to get rid of this obsession? It's really annoying how I finish a HUGE meal, and then a minute later, I am wondering what I am gonna eat for my next meal. So I am thinking about food ALL THE TIME. I don't want to think about it, but it's like it's programmed into my brain, to want to always stuff my face. Thats why I am not looking forward to the holidays, because I have already put on 5 pounds, in like a week! If anyone else can help me about this, PLZ reply. Thanks:)

Are u active cause if ure active in sports or in a club or anything ure mind usually isnt on foods so ure not eating constantly or thinking about them as for not eating as much try eating slower it takes at least 20 minutes for ure stomach to tell ure brain that ure full

hiya try druinking loadsa water and eating loadsa fruit. r u goin through piuberty at the moment cos this cld affect ya
