how do you lose weight on your thieghs without going to any fitness classes??

Hi Mandy. I have a good way for you to lose weight without doing any fitness. Go on weight watchers. You can eat any food you want but you cant go over a certain amount of calories. I hope i helped you out a lot. Good luck. If you would like to contact me back my email is ubbiedubbie@msn.com

you lay on the ground to your side.... and lift the leg that is facing upwards, and than bring it back down.... do this slowly. I'de say do about 10 and do two sets. Than do the other leg. Or,, place your back against the wall, while in a sitting position. Do this fo about a minute. ( reeal hard on your hamstrings, and quades) They should start to burn.
