Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables daily. Cut back on the junk food. Eat your carbs(bread, cereal, milk) and any sugary foods before 2:00. Then make sure that you do some exercising, walking/jogging/biking 30 minutes everyday. And be patient, it may take months for it to budge, and when it's gone, remain active everyday!
