someone was saying they needed to know how to make themselves throw up, to get rid of food, but thats really bad for you! i did that before, and starved myself, and over did excercise. i lost loads, but then put every pound of it back on! so please dont do it, because it slows your metabolism down as well. plus you feel weak all the time, and look ill and pale if you starve yourself, and if you feel weak and hungry you wont wanna excercise. So im guna lose weight the healthy way, and i jus wan2 say good luck to everyone, because we can all do it! no matter how much weight you want to lose you will do it, just have confidence in yourself!

It's so sad that people STILL want to go through that, when they hear other peoples tramatic stories about bulimia. It's crazy that if someone sticks to a healthier lifestyle, they can lose fat slowly and steadily and be at their goal weight in 6 months. Otherwise they waste years trying to find a quick fix. You will be able to lose it sooner than 6 months. But for now, take it week by week. Make weekly goals, realistic ones (not like losing 5 pounds in a week) try, "Walking every morning for 25 minutes" then each week add another goal. You will feel like you have succeeded every week. Reward yourself with enjoying how your body feels. IT'S GONNA HAPPEN THIS TIME!! I PROMISE!! Just don't give up. Remember, this is for life! :)
