Besides needing help with your nutrition (don't use the word diet, it is SO evil!), you need to think about exercise(walking, jumping jacks, anything that makes you move for 30 minutes daily!) and talking it out with someone, because it's obvious you have low self confidence. You are NOT alone, that is the one thing to remember. You are already in luck, because I am willing to help you and anyone for that matter on losing fat and regaining self confidence. I will be back often to check the boards. Please don't give up, let me give you advice. But you have to listen and take action, you are the only one who can make it happen. You are a person, don't let any name calling let you forget that. It IS POSSIBLE to be lighter. Try to think about the fat loss as good for your health. Do NOT starve yourself, it slows your metabolism down and makes you fatter. You HAVE to eat, eat fruits vegetables. Don't eat Anything fried, it has no nutritional value and is GARBAGE. DRINK TONS OF WATER!! It is a fact that if you drink 12 oz of water a day, you WILL speed up your fat loss! Carry a water bottle with you everywhere. You will have to go to the bathroom often, so if you go to school, try not to drink as much during that time. But keep drinking!
