Hey well i've been trying to lose weight for the past 2 months and nothing has happened. my pants have gotten bigger but i still weigh the same. i exercise once in awhile but then i get bored of doing the samething and i weigh 220 and want to lose weight so that i can go down, between 145 and 160 can anyone give me tips on how to do this?

Well my best friend Zoe she was always trying to diet but in the end she gave up.The best thing she done was to go swimming and it helped alot I go wiv 3 times a week and shes losing the weight faster than dieting. Have a Go it can't do no harm

Pants getting bigger is a good sign.
Try not to depend so much on the scale. But to help you out, do cardio for 30 minutes everyday. It REALLY matters most on what you eat. So be sure that you're eating lots of fruits and vegetables and drinking TONS of water. 100 oz or so if you're exercising.
