hey, i'm trying to lose like 3 pounds cuzz bassiclly after halloween i gained. i just wanna be my same weight but i'm afraid if i told people that they would be like "you don't need to lose weight!" and start worrying i was anerixic or somthing. and i'm not, i just wanna be my same old weight. so how can i do this with out people making such a big deal of it?

Try eating more fruits and vegetables during the day. Try walking for at least 20 minutes 7 times a week. The body is supposed to be exercised daily.
