iight im 5*5 and 140 i wanna get down to 125/130 and i mean i have lost weight i used to be 155 (so about 15lbs) i was wondering for ne of u that jog does it matter wut time of day u do it? or should there be a certain time cuz i am gunna start jogging 3 times a week (sat, sun, wed) does it matter wut time i go out and do it?? reply asap!!

In health class I learned the best time was around 3-4. After dinner isn't as good, I don't remeber why but I do remember our health teacher said if you exercise in the morning have it be after breakfast, but the best time of day is afternoon, and don't exercise late evening cause it's not as good or something like that.
