BTW everyone, I just discovered that my sis, Brit, posted on here a while ago, what a coincidence! We have about the same height and weight, (we are twins) but definately different personalities.

Yeah, that sounds good. I really would like that, but sometimes we don't get along very well. She always borrowes my clothes w/o asking and I hate it! So, if we both lose weight I'll still have the same problem! lol. That's ok. We're so competetive that I'm surprised we let ourselves get this way (fat i mean).
Actually, I have a feeling she's not gonna stick to her diet and exersise, cause she already stopped being interested in posting on here, and she hasn't done to good the past couple days. I try to encourage her, but like I said, we're so competetive and aren't always friends. ):
I've been doing ok, not great. At least when I want something sweet I eat it in moderation, or have a healthier sweet. But I have been eating to many calories, and haven't been exercising every day.
And, I really wanted to weigh 140 by Nov, 22. Well that's not gonna happen cause that's in only 2 weeks now, and I still weigh around 155.
So if anyone has ideas or could you please tell me how fast you have been able to lose weight, that would be great. Well good luck to you all, and if anyone is reading this and you feel like eating a candy bar, don't do it! (:

yox kiersty~ welcome! i have a fantabulous suggestion~ maybe you n ur twin sis can be dieting partners.. keep both of your food intakes in check. exercising together can be sooo much fun~ and think of the clothes you guys can buy TOGETHER~ and support always~
