Hi everyone, mind if I join?! I just found this site when I did an internet search. I could really use some motivation to lose weight. Sometimes I am very determined, practically desperate, and other times, like now I just eat and eat. Does someone know any good tricks to keep up the dicipline and motivation? It is just so easy to eat, and so not easy to excercise, you know? I have tried making lists of all the reasons to lose weight, you know all the goods things. And, all the things that are bad about being fat. But somehow its not helping enough. I AM overweight, I don't just "think" I am fat. (5,4 and 155). But, I know the keys to weight loss are, eat less, be more active. So I just need to DO IT! Good luck to everyone!

but other timesI just feel like why am I doing this if I not getting anywhere and i just start eating again.I
don't know of anyways of keeping the motivation up,I
just think about how I want to look and feel and sometimes it helps.I'm 5'4 and 158 lbs.
