Hey Maddie, it's Brit again. Just thought I should tell you some about myself. Currently I am about 40 pounds heavier than my ideal weight. (5 ft. 4 in., 155 lbs.) I used to be thin but have gained a lot of weight over the past year. I lost it before, when I was 25 lbs. over my ideal weight, but I didn't do it right so the weight is back plus some. Although, I have a feeling I'll never just be a healthy and balanced eater. I will probably splurge one day and then just make up for it the next day by following the weight loss plan I am using now.
I just want to lose it all as fast as I can, you know what I mean? I'm sure you do!
Btw, what exactly are your "stats"? You know, how tall are you how much do ya weigh. (:
I am really determined to lose the weight this time, cause all kinds of stuff is coming up that I want to look good for, although it's already to late for some of it. Like my concert next week, But oh well, soon, I'll show them how I should look. Well, hope to hear from ya soon, I don't know how busy I'm going to be so I don't know when you'll hear from me next, Good luck w/ everything!
Brit

Hey Maddie! Please don't starve yourself, it will only make things worse. It will slow your metabolism down so you actually won't burn as many calories, your body thinks it will not get enough food so it starts holding on to as much food as it can, and using less energy each day. So when you eat normally again you might GAIN weight.
You say you are gaining weight, well don't go by the scale, you may gaining muscle which weighs more than fat. You should go by how your clothes are fitting, if they are getting looser than you are losing fat! Try keeping track of your progress by using a measuring tape, measure your hips(butt), waist, chest and thighs. (Also if you do weight lifting that would be building more muscle than cardio)
You will see that you WILL lose weight as long as you are eating less calories than you use, and doing cardio every day helps a lot.
