I am trying to lose as much weight as i can before i move during the summer, cause no one there will know what i looked like now, you know a fresh start. I guess im not overweight acording to this site, but i am close. i weigh 140 lbs. (around i cant remember) and i am 5'3" tall. I wanna lose atleast 20 lbs (20-40 would make me happy) but i dunno how to lose weight! I walk about 3 miles home from school, mow my yard and the neighbor's yard every weekend (at noon when it is the hottest, makes you sweat),and i have cut my meals in half and nothing has changed! I really wanna change cause i am really unhappy. i dont look like i am 140 cause i got a lot of muscle in my arms and legs but i got a little gut its not flubbery but it is alot bigger than i would like it to be. I myself was 140 pounds and 5'3. And also very muscular. I also have alot of muscle. Just don't overeat. I have nothing for breakfast, small lunch, and veggies and fruit for dinner. I exercise 2 hours a bay with my friend and boyfriend. You don't have to exersice too much. Just watch what you eat and try to break a sweat at least 4 times a week. I have lost 20 pounds doing that. You know, you may not be very overweight, but just have alot of muscle, or have dense bones....
