Can someone please help me!!! I'm 5'8" and about 144 lbs i had lost alot of weight i went down to 138 but then i jus gained the weight backu cant really tell cause i gained muscle weight too but i wanna be down to 125 ....ive tried everything i exercise about 8 times a week.... every morning i go to the weight room at school for 40 mins and i cheer 3 nights a week... but my eating is out of control im always hungry...someone please help me...ive been thinking about just not eating all together but its not really an option because sometimes i f i dont eat and i exercise i faint...its happened before and its really scary so please someone help me!!! im thinking about going back on slimfast but the stuff gets expensive id like to be down to 125 by christmas time... please leave encouragement tips ect...please dont tell me i dont need to lose weight its annoying and if im not happy with my body i have the right to change it so please just help me here!

I was looking at this website and if your eating too much it said that first of all eat like you regularly do but just cut it down a little bit. Try to stay off the sweets and switch to carrots or celery. Keep up the exercising! I think you have very good goals set for your self!!
