i gained 2 pounds. now i am 264 i have almost gained all the weight i lost back. please help! can anybody tell me any good exercises i can do to lose weight?

Running, swimming, jogging, and biking are good. And so is weight lifting and i suggest doing sit ups once you lose a lil weight because im only 168 lbs and i can usually only do around 20 and 30 at most
