Hi My name is Heather and I am 14 and weigh 260 lbs and I am 5'9". I have been going to the gym since July and I lost about 13 lbs. But a few weeks ago I started to over eat again and I gained most of it back. I am cutting back on eating again for about the 1000th time it seems. Does anyone have any tips with eating or anything else?

I am jsut started dieting so all i can say is I WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK!STICK TO IT!YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!

try to cut down on the faty foods. when youre hungry, eat omethin like a banana or apple not chips or chocklate bars. and remember you will feel better about yourself if u are in shape!
