I lost 20 pounds in about 3 months. It really isn't that long. AND I lost only fat, so I saved my muscle, which burns more calories and helps maintain your weight.
For breakfast - 8:00am (Drink about 10 oz of water), Eat Peanut Butter on 2 slices 100% whole wheat bread, 1 cup oatmeal with raw honey or plain.
Snack 10:00am yogurt and apple.
Lunch 12:30pm any lean meat (chicken breast, turkey, roast beef, tuna) on 100% whole wheat bread. 1 1/2 cups salad with tomatoes, cucumber, oil and vinegar dressing.
Snack 3:00 brocolli and carrots raw
Dinner 8:30 Asparagus or scrambled eggs with (sliced) bell pepper, onions, mushrooms. Little bit of garlic salt and regular pepper.
