Hey everybody, I just wanted to say that I will be starting my diet tomorrow, Monday, September 30, 2002. I am just getting started. My mom went on-line to try and get me motivated to loose some weight. I am about 5 ft 2 and I weigh 155 lbs. I realize I am overweight. I wanted to let you know that I was starting my diet program thanks to all of the inspirational stories that I have read on the website. I did write down some of your e-mail addresses and will be e-mailing you for inspiration and motivation. Please e-mail me with any advise on how to eat, what to eat, what kind of exercises work the best, and anything else you can think of that I may need. I am attending Weight Watchers and I walk everyday for about 1hour. I will give advice on some healthy snacks.
