Im twelve and i just found this site. I weigh 240 lbs. I dont know what to do ? My goal is 150.

try to eat low calorie foods. eat snacks tho. u have to eat at least every 4 hours, except when u sleep, or ur body burns fewer calories and you don't lose as much weight. also, try walking and build on the distances, or u can lift weights. hope this helps.

Eat right and less and exercise so in other words just follow the tips on this site its wat i do
