hey;-) To Rachel on how I lost 4 1/4 lbs: I'm on weight watchers and I swim 2 hours 5 days a week. I also went on a long bike ride (mountain biking) on one day that I didn't swim. I tried to eat all my fruits and stuff and tried mostly to stay away from junk food. ;-) Good luck to you.
