Hey you guys, im 14 and i really want to lose weight, i weigh about 150 but have a lot of muscle. I wear like a size 9 to 11 pants and i work out a lot. I REALLY want to lose weight so that im at least a size 7 or just tone up my muscles, nothing seems to work. Should i like start an eating disorder or SOMETHING ive worked so hard and nothing seems to be working PLZ HELP!!!! ~jen

it depends how tall you are. if your like 5'5 (wich is normal for that age) i'd say a size 7 or 9 is just perfect. only the sticks and small ones are size 5 and lower

whatever u do, do not start an eating disorder!!! it's better to lose weight slowly in healthy way. u could be hospitalized or even die from an eating disorder. u should eat lots of healthy food, cut down on junk food as much as possible, exercise, and drink lots of water!
