Hey everyone..I need a little advice. I'm 5'2, and 152 lbs...but I don't look like it. I look like i weigh 110 or something. I guess I hide it. Anyway, my sis has the same problem, but she decided to lose the weight, and now she looks sickly. So, is it alright to be a little overweight?

I dont think you are overweight, you may have heavy bones, so you weigh alot more than other kids your age, but you dont have much extra fat.

If you look alright now, then maybe instead of just losing weight, you could work on gaining muscle. That way you won't look "sickly" like your sister, but you would weigh less, and be healthier. The muscle would take the place of the fat that you would loose, but it would weigh less. Does that make sense? Just do strength training and a bit of cardio. I think that should work.
