hi today i did not do any excercise because my legs were hurting so i went to the doctor and he said that it was probably to much weight on my legs and i need to take it easy when i am excercising. he said that i need to walk at no more then 10 minutes at a time about 3x a day and cut down on those 1 mile walks around the park until i get used to walking for a long period of time.he took my measurement today and said that i need to lose weight. i told him i already lost 4 pounds since 8/15/02 he said that was good keep trying and i said okay.

There are other excersises that you can do besides walking. You can swim or just do weight training. Then there wouldn't be that much stress on your legs, and you can still get some physical activity.
