does any one else have friend or brother or sister to help them lose weight or to excercise with. you will feel better if they help you like my brother is helping me out.

I get depressed now and then and at one time started to eat tonnes of food but now my sister helps me and i just carry on normally. She never says bad things to me and sticks up for me.
