hey, im nicole, umm.. i got pregnant at 16 and after i had my baby, i had to do about 2-300 sit-ups and walk almost 2 miles a day.b/cuz i was on the high school track team! i thought it was good 4 me, b/cuz that was what my coash and doc. told me to do, just messed me up some more...but, now im still on a track team!

Im not lying.. I started out doing 100 a day then slowly raised it up to 150 in the morning 150 in the afternoon and 150 in the evening... but you have to raise it up slowly.. you should do a bit more than 2 a day though.. im not saying start out at 100 but about 10 in the morning and 10 in the evening is a good start for you..
