Hey I really need help i have a huge Food craving thing..I crave food even when im not hungry. i am 5.5 1/2 and weigh 147lbs I hate it so bad I mean i have no boobs well..i wish it was bigger ..i wish they could put my stomach their lol I mean that's what i hate My stomach is like bigger than my boobs and i dont' like it at all..I have no other problem about any other part of my body..only Stomach..Do you know any exersizes to loose your stomach? My doctor told me to do sit-ups. 25 a night. It's hard but I look skinnier.

u have to eat low-fat meal and exercise in order to lose fat on ur smotach. doing push-ups don't work cuz u can't spot reduce. it means to get rid of fat from certain areas by doing certain exercise. that doesn't work. when u exercise, u get rid of fat from all over ur body. so uwill eventually get rid of flabby stomach.
