Hey! Every day I go for 25 min. walk, a 10 min. jog, 4 sets of 15 crunchs, 4 sets of 15 push-ups, 15-20 mins. of weight training, cut what I eat in half, and don't eat junk food. Should I cut back on my exercising? Do I exercising too much? Should I only exercise every second day?? I really need to know. Please tell me. Thanks.

i agree with Katie that our bodies need rest in order to gain more muscle.

Do weight training every three days , same with pushups , it takes three days for your body to rebuild muscle, right now your just tering it down, also the more muscle you have when your exercising the more calories you burn.

Hi. I am in college and last semester I took a health and fitness course. A lot of people think it is bad to exercise everyday, but honestly it isn't. As long as you aren't run down, or feeling sick from the exercising then it is perfectly healthy to do. Everyday I do 30 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of pilates which is kind of like yoga, 20 minute walk, and crunches. So, I think that as long as you don't feel faint, loose breath or anything like that when you exercise it is perfectly fine. If you do just take a day off. Good job on your exercising and I hope you reach your goal. GOOD LUCK!

I THINK YOU ARE DOING TO MUCH AND YOU SHOULD REST ONCE IN A WHILE.
