it's "that time of the month" and i'm feeling extremly bloated, but i still went out and ran 1/2 a mile. i just wanted to tell y'all that in hopes to motivate others.

Hey! Actually...during that time, you usually feel better doing exercise. Or after you do it. It helps you feel better overall. Good job, persistance is great.

that is very good because fore me it will be like walk 1/4 miles for 15 minutes rest for 15 minutes 1/4 miles walk rest rest for 20 minutes 1/4 miles walk rest for 20 minutes 1/4 miles walk rest 45 minutes then leave the park to go home. that's another 20-25 minutes walk home when it takes my little brother only 5 minutes because i will be to tired.

well, i'm not exactly sure, but for a 1/4 mile walk at 2.5 mph, 1/2 mile run at 4.7 mph, and 1/4 mile walk at 2.5 mph it took 20 minutes and burned 106 cals
