HI I'M 15 YEARS OLD AND I WEIGHT CLOSE TO 500 POUNDS.I DO NOT HAVE MANY FRIENDS BECAUSE I AM TO FAT TO DO THE SAME THINGS THAT THEY CAN DO SO THEY DON'T COME AROUND AS MUCH.HOW CAN I LOSE WEIGHT SO I CAN DO WHAT OTHER PEOPLE ARE DOING LIKE PLAYING BASKETBALL OR SMPLE AS WALKING MORE THEN 1 BLOCK OR TWO.

you should go to your family doctor and get referred to a nutritionist to help you out.

What you can do is start by cutting back on Junk Food at least eat half off it if you are going to have chocoalete or something.Drink lots water,Begin by Excercising basic like Walking 10-15 minutes each day.Before you eat Drink water with 3 squirts of lemon and wait 30 minutes then eat.It works if you wanna lose weight.Okay well Good lunk too you.
