I've been on weight watchers for 4 weeks now (im just beginning my 5th) and I've lost 11 1/4 lbs! I'm feeling great. I was doing beachbody workout tapes 6 days a week, but now my highschool swim team is starting. So every weekday we have a 2 hour practice. And it's hard. So that's 10 hours of hard swimming. Goodness. lol I hope to lose much more. Plus this week I've offically eliminated pop (the diet stuff) So maybe that will make me lose even more. I hope you guys are having as much luck as me! Bye;-)

to leslie, I weighed 167 1/2 lbs. I'm 5'4" and I now weigh 156 1/4 lbs. I messed up once out of the whole 4 weeks. I felt horrible the whole day. So I pretended like I would start over the next day (only i stopped pigging out the day i messed up first)
And I know I don't want to feel bad like that again.
I know what I want and how to get there. So, it's just determination and perserverance. (spell check)

Hey i think that is so cool how you lost all that weight. I just dont think I can do it by myself..Ill end up sneaking food, or something like that..maybe you can help ME out too??
