I am so frustrated! Overnight I gained 1.5 pounds, and I never went off the diet! I had a sugary drink, but come on! I went on a 45 min bike ride UPHILL! What's up with that?! and to make matters worse, on the way home, I flipped off my bike and my arm is all bandaged up so I won't even be able to exercise today!
By the way I am 5 feet 6 inches, I weigh 184.5 lbs, and want to lose 30 or 35 lbs. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If u hurt your arm u can still so aerobics .(just without arm movement)

ive seen you on the weigh-in page and girl you weigh yourself toooo much! I admit I've been guilty of doing that. But...listen your weight DOES fluctuate, and can only be accurate when weighed in once a week at the same time. :P If you ever need advice or help you can email me icebluegrrl@yahoo.com ~Bye~

DONT WEIGHT YOURSELF EVERYDAY WEIGH YOURSELF EVERY 2 WEEK OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT CUZ IF YOU SEE YOUR WEIGHT AND YOUR DISSAPOINTED YOU WOULD QUIT THE DIET AND THEN YOU WILL GAIN WEIGHT HOPE I HELPED GOOD LUCK!!!!!

your weight goes up and down during the day because you eat and drink different things. Weigh yourself in the morning, before eating and drinking anything, and go to the bathroom first...and then weigh yourself. That's how much you really weigh. Your weight will go up and down during the day.
