I've lost 9lbs in 3 weeks on the weight watchers diet. I'm also doing beachbody workout tapes 6 days a week (usually in the morning). ;-) I'm hoping to lose a lot more. I'm 158 1/2 now. So I've dropped down from 167 1/2. I'm feeling great. One piece of advice, JUST TRY.I really want to get down to at least 130. And depending how I look then, maybe to 117. To say I lost 50lbs. ;-) Wish me luck.

hey! thanks i really appreciate it. i'm not sure, i just keep my eye on what i want. I keep a pair of my old size 8 jeans hanging on my dresser. And I've promised to fit in them by the end of the year. ;-) You guys can do well. Just put your mind too it, and you can achieve anything. Also, I'm a Christian, so I've asked God everyday to give me the strength to keep going. And ask him to help me lose weight. If you ask him for something, and give an effort to on your side, he'll help ya. ;-) good luck.

good luck on reaching ur wwight goal. i'm sure u will be able to do that. i wish i were able to stick to my exercise/diet plan like u. well, good luck!

Hey Manda! You sound successful, that's awesome! Good luck with the rest of your health plan (lol don't know what to call it.....) and I know you can do it, you've come so far already! It's so good to hear that you're doing great...and achieving your goals. Keep up the good work and have fun while you do it! :)
