when do u guys exercise?? i try to exercise in the afternoon, but i feel soo tire and almost always skip. so i was just wondering when u guys exercise.

Reply from Amanda, Age 14 - 08/06/02 - IP#: 205.188.209.xxx I work out in the afteroon. i walk 2 miles or more and do like sit ups and all. it works i have lost 10lbs so far. just don't eat and then right after exericise b/c you will get sick an have cramps and all.

Try doing it will music, that makes you move. It will help keep your mind off the pain...:-P Also, after you make it a habit, you will get stronger, and exercise will get more easy and dare i say...fun?
