I need major help! I'm 5'4" and weigh 215. I'm trying to get into The United States Air Force Academy. I have to lose down to 146 lbs. by next summer to qualify for their summer program. Will someone please help me. I need to find something that works. I also need to get my 1.5 mile run down to under 10 min. (it's now 20) any tips are welcome. Thank You!

i'd also recommend weight watchers. It's pretty easy, and you lose fast. (if u exercise:-P)

you can't just loose it without doing anything...you gotta exercise and not eat a lot...slim fast and those things don't work..you have to do it out of sheer will power

Wow thats hard... 1.5 miles under 10 minutes. Cut down your portions, no seconds. Drink Plenty of water. Watch your calories. Try to limit the cola, even diet. Excersise at least 30 minutes a day. Hope I have helped... GOOD LUCK!
