Hey. I weigh 193 and i am 5'6". I want to get down to around 140-150 because that is a healthy weight for me because i am a competative weightlifter so i got a heck of alot of muscle but anyways. My sister is having a wedding on Oct. 5th. And the dress i have to wear has tiny little straps and hugs me in all the WRONG places. Does anyone know of an easy way to get that amount of weight off in that amount of time (almost 3 months) thank ya!

I think you can lose about 30 lbs in 3 months, or more if you are lucky. I recommend weight watchers. My mum lost 30lbs in 3 months. You may not get as far as you want in 3 months, but you'll look tons better if you lose 30lbs.

You'll have it really tough, because when losing weight, the muscle is first to go. You can either do this two ways, lose the muscle with the wait, or lift a LOT of weights while training. Cardio exersize is the best way to lose fat, so I suggest you do something like tae bow, or Tae kwon doe, or go to a gym (for the stairmaster! That thing is better than running!). So have happy times.
