i was over weight but now i'm not and i worked very hard for that, but now i have a friend who IS over weight and she eats all the time and always asks me if i want some of what she is eating. i donno about u, but where i live over weight is somthing that isn't really talked about with over weight people and i don't want her to feel left out if she is the only one eating and i'm not. i am afriad it might make her feel fat so i say yes to whatever she wants me to eat. but i really don't want to eat what she eats because i'm afraid that i might gain weight and be like her again. what should i do!!!?

I agree with camille. I was at my friends the other day, she isn't overweight, and she was having cookies and junk, and I just told her I wasn't hungry. Which, I really wasn't hungry. If you don't want to eat something and you arent hungry, nobody should make you eat anything. Maybe you not having anything would inspire her...:-P

Omigosh don't feel ANY guilt about not eating what she wants you to eat. just be polite and say,"No thank you." If your friend says something like,"No come on, just have some." dont give in, just tell her you aren't hungry or that you would prefer fruit or something along those lines. I don't think she will get mad at you. If she does, ask her why she is mad, because she shouldn't be.
