well, first we kinda need your deminsions, like height and weight, because thats where your daily caloric intake comes from. I know for men, to keep loose 1 lb a week, you should mulitply your weight by 10-12, and thats how much you should have. But im not sure for women, but it should be around the same. If you want to be small and thin, i suggest walking, walking is basically the perfect excercise, if you walk while holding in your stomach and butt, you can tone them while you walk, and maybe a little weight training, because you dont want to loose the muscle you already have. Not too much, just get some freehand weights, and lift them, if you dont have any around, try taking a 2 gallons of water, and lifting them up, or maybe fill a 2 liter pepsi bottle, you know, improvise. Also do crunches, lots of them, but start off small, because if you jump into something drastic, you will be more likely to quit your routine. So walk, jog, jump rope, play basketball, soccer, volleyball, crunches,arobics like taebo, drink lots of water, stand rather than sit, do anything, if you just do anything more than what your doing right now, you will loose weight. dont stress yourself. thats the best advise i can give you.
