I have been to this website plenty of times and read all kinds of tips and things that helped other people loose weight. For the last 6 months i have tried them and they don't help me at all. i am trying to loose up to about 15 pounds. my mom always told me i was big boned and had a big muscle structure and that is true but last week someone told me that even people with big bones can be slim. is that true? i am only 5'4 and i weight about 180 i don't eat excessively and i don't overeat i eat healhty too. i am not (i don't know how to spell this) *obese* and i get soo frustrated with myself i mean i go run everyday at 9 in the morning and do crunches. i only have 2 weeks til school starts and was wondering if any body has a background like mine and lost weight. please tell me your story and how i can loose weight too!

Not everyone's bones are the same size. You can be small, medium or large framed and this relates to the size of your bones. If you put your middle finger and your thumb around your wrist you can tell what frame size you are. If they touch you are medium frame, if they overlap you are small frame and if they don't touch you are large framed.

People are big boned. I am big boned. My doctor said I still need to loose some weight too even though i am big bones

i don't know why people use the words 'big boned' no one has big bones. everyone bones are the same size. go to any doctor and ask.
