Hi, this is my first time writing. I know i'm not obese. I'm just a little over chubby. I want to loose weight. I am 5'8 and weigh from 154-157lb. the thing is that i can gain or loose about two or three pounds in like a day. See if i over eat then i gain about three pounds if i eat healthy and exersize in a day then i loose about three pounds. That's really weird. I used to weigh about 189lb. so i know what it's like to loose weight. After that i've been on and off diets and exersize. I usually don't eat junk foods,but i tend to snack and over eat. I know if i dieted and exersized i would be really skinny cause i really eat a lot and never exersize mostly. When i diet and exersize i can loose up to 7 lbs. in a week.

Hi Jessica! You sound a lot like me, I'm 5'8" and I also used to weigh 189, but I lost weight, although you are farther ahead than I am, I weigh about 170, 168 right now. I do that snacking thing you do a lot, lol. And when I gain weight, i can do that fast, but I can also lose weight just as fast. Congrats on the weight loss so far.
