I REALLY NEED SOMEONE'S HELP!
I WANNA ASK A QUESTION AND CAN EVERY ONE RESPOND
THAT WOULD MAKE ME FEEL BETTER IF YOU RESPOND!!!!
OKTHIS IS WHAT I DO EVERYDAY FIRST I EXERCISE 30 MINUTES
IN THE MORNING AROUND 10:00 A.M , THEN AT 12:00 I DO TAE-BOE FOR AN HOUR, THEN AFTER I DO TAE-BOE I DO 100 JUMPIN-JACKS,50-75 PUSH UPS, SIT-UPS, AND LEG LIFTS. THEN AT 3:30 I USE THIGHTEKXL FOR 30 MINUTES.
NOW FOR EATING
EVERY MORNING I EAT A LITTLE PORTION OF BREAKFAST.
AT LUNC I EAT A TURKEY SANDWHICH WITH MUSTARD ON IT.
AT DINNER I EAT ANYTHING MY MOM COOKS(BUT NOT THAT MUCH)
I DRINK 6 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY
I EAT A LITTLE JUNK FOOD AT LEAST 2-3 TIMES A WEEK.
NOW I'M WEIGHING 144 POUNDS
HERES THE QUESTION!!
IF I WAS TO DO THAT ROUTINE EVERYDAY FOR THE NEXT 4 1/2 WEEKS HOW MANY POUNDS DO YOU THINK I WOULD LOSE???????
IF YOU RESPOND THIS WILL HELP ME OUT A LOT I WILL FEEL MUCH BETTER

Hi you'll lose quit a bit of weight but dont be discouraged if u dont lose weight or u gain weight...that means ur turning that fat into muscle...thats a good thing though...so have fun..bye

i think u will lose about 20 pounds if u continue what u said. but i don't think can cuz like others said, u r exercising too much! u might even get injured. that's what happened to me.i execrised too much and my foot started hurting. i took X ray and stuff but nothing was wrong with it. my foot kept hurting so i coulnd't exercise for sooo long!! i think u shpuld just exercise for 30 to 45 minutes a day and rest one day a week.

I have to agree with Catherine. Sometimes it's not always good to exercise so much. You're body needs time to rest. Sometimes losing weight fast isn't always the greatest.

i think your working yourself too hard if i were u i would cut down on how much you do sound exhausting!!!!

u should do girly push-ups. I have no ides how much u would lose but maybe 20 lbs. I have no idea
