I am 15 years old. I weigh 193 and I am 5'6". I have been lifting weights for 3 years 3 times a week.....this summer i started lifting 5 days a week. I was just wonder what you think a healthy weight was for me because the BMI calculator says if you are very musclar that the weight it calculates isn't right because muscle weighs more than fat (i am sure u all know that). I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what they think was a healthy weight for me. If this helps i bench press 125, i squat 195, i deadlift 225, and i leg press 375. Thanks!

You really should only lift weights 2-3 times a week, or else your muscle won't have time to repair itself and you could be doing more damage than good to your body. You should also try cardiovascular exercises 3 times a week to balance out your workouts. Try Tae bo, running, walking, jumproping, anything that gets your heart rate up and your body moving.
