Sry, but lol. Okay, water is great for you, you NEED it when on a diet. It helps wash your body out or somethin like that. You should drink anywhere from 6-8 glasses of water per day. And if you want more, go for it. A glass should be 8 oz. That's 1 cup. :)

Yes water is very good when your dieting - try to drink a glass before during and After every meal and before bed.
