First thing: Relax. Stress and worrying makes you gain weight. (no joke!) Start exercising (like walking, swimming, etc.) 4 times a week for 30 minutes at a time. Cut out fast food and desserts, which may be hard, but, you have to make a choice: Do you want a minute of something good tasting that will make you depressed in the long run OR A WONDERFUL NEW YOU? =) Just put your priorities in perspective!
