Hi my names Crystalle Elizabeth I'm 16 I am 5'8" and i wiegh 140 lbs. I'm going to be a senior in high school this year and its really important (to me) that I look good for my last year of high school. I started at 153 cut all the junk food out and exercised a lot and use slim fast to get to 140 but i still want to lose about 15-20 lbs before i get back into school. Not only that but prom is gunna be coming up. So please please help me!!! Thanks in advance!~! And good luck to the rest of you. P.S. if you must know the reason why i stoped my frist diet is because my coaches and parents were concerned but now theyre concerned that i would gain the weight back. I'm also annoyed wit this diet because its very hard to maintain a good exercise schedule in the summer in NJ...

you dont need to loes weight...im 5 foot 4 and 128 pounds...trust me your 5 foot 8 thats 4 inches taller thanme..and my weight is healthy for my height...and your about 12 pounds more than me...so it aint much! so dont sweat it! your fine

well, if i was u, i would start another diet soon before u do gain weight. i heard that gum can help cravings, and u dont' have u eat less, just more fruit and healthy stuff with low colories, like there is yogert that is really filling and only 80 colories, i never even finish it. that really helps me. good luck!

trust me you are not overweight i am 5'7 and 150lbs. and going to be in the 7 th grade.
