hey ,youre going to think im a dork, but ive got a really good secret to the best proven arobics there are. Infact I have two but sometimes people dont like doing them. the first is wild dancing. I know I know, youre probably looking at your monitor in an odd way. Im serious if you turn on fast pumping music and then just start dancing around its wonderful how many calories you can burn. But you cant do that stand-around-and-bob-your-body-to-the-beat-thing. you have to get in there and twirl ballet style or spanish polka or something where you move around alot!!!the second is swimming.you think "oh hey i go to the pool every other day im already doing that. im on a swim team and our coach runs us hard hour and a half every day 5 times a week.and i have lost about 15 pounds. but the reality is that, biking is only good for your legs and running shocks your body so you shouldnt do it if your not very used to it or it can be unhealthy.
