hey ,im not sure what excersises to do so if you could reply and give me some advice id be totally really grateful!!!!I do 200 crunches and 100 pushups for a month now and ive stayed the same!so im gonna quit those and start new ones but i dont know any others so if you have a suggestin pleez reply!!thanks!!bye4now

never give up!! u will probably see some results soon. do u do any aerobic exercise? if u don't, u should cuz they burn a lot of calories and still keeps burning calories after u stop exercising. doing crunches alone won't make your tummy muscular cuz all ur muscle will be covered under ur tummy fat. arrobic exercise will help u get rid of those fat and all over ur body. good luck! hope u will lose some weight

yeah, it does take a while to work, and you gotta remember that muscle weighs more than fat!! by doing that many push ups and crunches you're stomach/arm muscles are getting alot stronger...so you may even gain weight at first, but you'll lose the fat! and don't give up!!!!!

NOOOO! Don't quit. Trust me. It will take awhile for everything to work, usualy between 6-10 weeks, so u've only got a few weeks to go. Please, don't give up! Your sooo close. goodluck :)
