COULD SOMEONE ANSWER MY QUICK QUESTION???????????? ok i was wondering if excercising every other day would help me loose weight cuz i went on to the success storys and ppl on there say they've lost anywhere from 10 -15lbs in 2 weeks xcercising every day and i was wondering if thats what i have to do to reach my goal PLEASE REPLY!!!!!!

It depends on how much you exercise every other day, but it could still help you to lose weight, even if you only exercise 3 times a week.
