I hate scales. I've been dieting for almost a month now! and I've lost about 10 pounds. Or atleast according to my scale at home. NOw I'm not at home and it says that I am right back at 156! I'm really sad about that. BUt I don't think that it can be right, because that would mean that I had gained weight since I was weighed for my sports physicals. So maybe its just the scale here. Ugh. so dissapointing. my first thought when I saw that number was that 'I should have known dieting wouldn't work'. Oh well. Good luck with everything guys!

Losing weight takes time! Doesnt that suck? but its something we must all face. We work so hard, and sometimes you dont see any results for the longest time, but keep up the great work, because the results will catch up with you eventually!! :) As for scales. They can be such pains! Every scale will weigh you different, whether its 2 pounds or 10! The location of the scale, the different clothes your wearing, or what you may have just had to eat or drink plays a role in the weight changes! Good luck! :)
