im 220 lbs and i need help losing weight. Ive but on some weight this years and i would like 2 get it off. I went over my friends house last weekend and i burst through my pajamas.The buttons popped off the shirt first then my pants ripped when i bent over. I was humiliated. They saw my fat stomach, my rolls, and the rest of my fat on my body. every 1 thought it was funny bcause i couldn't fit some of my jeans i brought 2 wear either, 2 let u no they was a size 34. They grabbed my rolls and started to jiggle them. They said my stomach shuck like jello. 2 weeks ago those jeans were baggy now there just a pair of pants i cant wear. I feel really fat that im bigger than all of my friends. I need serious help. Plz reply

if they were real friends then they would not laugh at you.
you seem to be very sad about you putting on wieght but just ignore the people that did it and try jogging around your street or even if you are too embarrassed jog in your back garden drink lots of milk and water and make sure you get some proper friends :)

Hi. Are those people really your friends? If they were, they would help you instead of making you feel worse. I, too, am overweight. I have made several attempts to lose weight, and twice I was very successful, only to gain it all back again plus some. Anyway, I'll share with you my diet. Of course, no candy or chips or anything like that, but basically I eat whatever, as long as I don't go over 20 grams of fat per day. And I jog 15-20 minutes per day. :)

As I mentioned to another young lady in another message, you guys are so young! I have a family member that sounded the same as you about your age! Just watch the junkfood intake and try excercizing, like a 15 minute jog around the yard or up the street it's helps your heart too! :) And when you do loose weight it's not going to go fast, it's a timely process! an extremely good diet is no carbohydrates e.g (potatoes,pasta,bread) and only protein and vegatables e.g (meat,fish)
