hey...im a 15 year old female...and im 5 foot 4 and 128 pounds...i really feel overweight...and i was wonderin how i could lose about 10-15 pounds? ive been exercising for over 3 months now for 3 times a week for 40 mins each...and i havent lost a pound...i eat normally too...well am i overweight?...please reply back

hey no your not over wieght at all. I am 13 and i am 125 pds. and im perfectly healthy. It doesnt sound like you are overwieght at all. It depends on how your excersizing. Maybe you're working out the wrong muscles or places on your body but thats just a suggestion. consider it...

You still way the same because you were gaining muscle mass while losing weight.

I am an inch taller than u and would kill to weigh that much! You arent fat and if u lose 10-15 pounds, u will probably look anorexic
