Hey. I need help losing weight. I've always been fat, but this past year, i've not had a good year, and it's led to me putting on 50lbs. I didn't want to but I couldn't help it. Now I'm 5'3" and weigh 281lbs and I hate it. My mum keeps telling how bad it is for my health, but I don't know what she means. I just don't like looking so fat.
